Who Am I?

I am a cybersecurity executive, former CISO, author, speaker, educator, and board advisor. My work focuses on helping organizations govern cybersecurity, AI risk, product security, digital trust, and technology resilience in ways that executives, boards, and business leaders can act on.

I am most interested in work that sits at the intersection of cybersecurity leadership, AI governance, technology risk, product security, trust, and public-interest outcomes.

I serve on cyber industry boards, am an IANS faculty member and co-founder of the Cybersecurity Canon. I love public speaking and teaching, and am a Professor of Cybersecurity Practice at the University of Canberra, Australia.
